What Youll Do as a Sr.

HR Generalist: Employee Relations & Manager Suppor Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees across assigned locations or departments Provide coaching and guidance related to employee relations matters, performance concerns, attendance issues, corrective actions, and workplace conflictConduct investigations and document findings appropriatelyPartner with leadership to ensure consistent application of company policies and proceduresSupport conflict resolution and promote positive employee relations Performance Management Assist managers with performance coaching, documentation, and corrective action processesSupport performance improvement plans and follow-up conversationsEnsure consistency and compliance in disciplinary practices HR Operations & Compliance Support onboarding and new hire processesAssist with leave administration and accommodation processesEnsure compliance with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and HR best practicesMaintain accurate employee documentation and HR recordsSupport unemployment claims, audits, and compliance initiatives as needed Leadership Partnership Build strong relationships with site leaders and provide proactive HR supportHelp identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement within assigned areasSupport employee engagement, retention, and culture initiativesAssist with implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the organization Recruiting & Staffing Support Partner with recruiting on staffing needs and hiring support as neededAssist managers with interview guidance and hiring best practicesSupport onboarding transition and new hire integration
