You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure we are capturing qualified leads, keeping momentum strong, and converting interest into happy homeowners.

You will be responsible for: Build meaningful relationships with prospective buyers by offering helpful guidance, conducting tours, and creating a welcoming experience from first contact to close.

This role emphasizes trust-building and personalized engagement over transactional sales.Own the full sales pipeline and performance targets, including CRM management, follow-ups, and collaboration with marketing to convert leads into homeowners.Educate buyers on the unique land-lease homeownership model, helping them understand the flexibility, convenience, and long-term value it offers compared to traditional home buying.Collaborate with marketing to activate local campaigns, ensure accurate listings, and provide feedback on lead quality and buyer behavior to improve outreach and conversion strategies.Other duties as assigned.
