This is your chance to be at the forefront of our operations, driving success and fostering a culture of excellence! Key Duties & Responsibilities: Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.

Review all paperwork, including manifests and routing tickets, for completion and accuracy.

Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies.

Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region.

Resolve customer service and delivery issues in coordination with other departments.

Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.

Analyze and report on operational activities, such as service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, and fuel.

Develop and implement standard practices and efficiency in collaboration with the General Manager.

Administer fleet DOT administration, including logbooks & record maintenance.

Review and approve time for payroll processing and time off request forms based on operational necessity.

Coordinate safety training and initiatives with Safety & HR departments.

Conduct periodic performance reviews and contribute to employee development.

Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment.

Operate a variety of company vehicles.

Perform other duties as assigned.
