DISPATCHER

This is your chance to be at the forefront of our operations, driving success and fostering a culture of excellence! Key Duties & Responsibilities: Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.
Review all paperwork, including manifests and routing tickets, for completion and accuracy.
Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies.
Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region.
Resolve customer service and delivery issues in coordination with other departments.
Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.
Analyze and report on operational activities, such as service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, and fuel.
Develop and implement standard practices and efficiency in collaboration with the Branch Manager.Interview, select, and develop team of responsive service technicians to achieve customer satisfaction and grow sanitation services.
Administer fleet DOT administration, including training, logbooks, inspection & record maintenance.
Review, resolve issues, and approve payroll and time off requests in HRIS weekly.
Coordinate safety training and initiatives with Safety & HR department.
Conduct periodic performance reviews and contribute to employee development.
Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment.
Operate a variety of company vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
