CNC Swiss Machinist

We are looking for a CNC Machinist to set-up and Operate CNC Citizen Swiss machines on 1st and 2nd shift (2nd works four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday), with overtime opportunities on Friday or Saturday.

There is a 10% premium added to the hourly rate for working 2nd shift.

Must be self-sufficient with operating Citizen Swiss machines, L32, L20 (Mitsubishi controls)Have basic machining practices and principlesAbility to read blueprints.Able to lift up to 75 lbs.Ability to use inspection equipment, (mics, calipers, height gage etc.)Make tool offsetsSet longitude and diametersCapable of making tool changes (understanding of insert nomenclature)Changeover bar feedProgram editing and set-ups a plusAbility to follow documentation practices
