Residential Caseworker - PRN (Weekend Overnights)

Interventions are based on service plans developed collaboratively with individual consumers.Location: Kennett Square, PA
Pay Rate:$18.00 /hour
Schedule: PRN/PT weekends & overnight shifts available

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, providing hands-on support and gaining valuable experience in behavioral health, social services, or healthcare.

What You'll Do


* Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.



* Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.



* Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.



* Develop and implement individualized service plans.



* Connect residents with community resources and support services.



* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For


* Associate's Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a health & human service-related field (preferred)
+ CNA experience and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
+ Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable providing hands-on support when needed


* Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history


* Valid Driver's License (required)
