Service Department Administrate Assistant 

Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Administrative Assistant to join our busy service team.

What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming visits.Contact customers regarding routine maintenance, recalls, and service campaigns.Maintain accurate customer information within our dealership systems.Answer incoming phone calls and assist with service-related questions.Follow up with customers and document all interactions.Assist with rental vehicle paperwork and other administrative tasks as needed.Support the Service Department to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organization and attention to detail.Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team.Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
