PRN Pharmacist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and safety Identify drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing concerns Provide clinical guidance to providers and staff Educate patients and staff on medication use and safety Ensure compliance with Colorado Board of Pharmacy and regulatory standards Participate in medication audits and quality improvement initiatives QUALIFICATIONS Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) License: Active Pharmacist license in Colorado (required) SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Strong pharmacology knowledge Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Ability to work independently WORK SCHEDULE PRN / As needed
