Position Summary The E-Commerce Team Member is responsible for researching, testing, listing, photographing, and shipping a variety of donated itemswith a strong focus on electronics.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong product knowledge, and the ability to creatively market items to maximize their value online.

This position works closely with the E-Commerce Leadership team to drive sales, improve processes, and elevate the departments success.

What Youll Do Electronics-Focused Responsibilities Evaluate, test, and identify a wide range of electronics (audio equipment, gaming systems, computers, accessories, etc.)Research specifications, compatibility, and market value to ensure accurate listingsIdentify high-value or specialty electronics to maximize return Lister Responsibilities Write clear, compelling, and accurate product descriptionsTake high-quality photos that showcase items effectivelyResearch unknown items quickly and accuratelyFollow all listing protocols before, during, and after auctionsInterpret and follow safety rules and procedure manuals Shipper Responsibilities Package items safely and efficiently to ensure secure deliveryChoose cost-effective packaging methodsMaintain accuracy by double-checking items before shipmentManage customer service tickets from online shoppersTrack shipping materials and request supplies as neededContinuously look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs What Were Looking For Strong knowledge and interest in electronics (required)Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computers, cameras, and online toolsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth If youre someone who enjoys technology, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of something meaningful, wed love to have you join our E-Commerce team.
