Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician Lead to help support our Phillips-Medisize Medical Facility located in New Richmond, WI

Shift: D2 5am-5pm, rotating 12's: 2-2-3 schedule

What You Will Do


* Lead and mentor the Quality Technician team throughout the D2 shift, ensuring adherence to quality standards.



* Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing quality-related concerns on the production floor.



* Provide input for performance evaluations and feedback for team members.



* Manage essential quality processes, including quality notifications, batch record evaluations, label preparation, and non-conformance events.



* Support quality systems by gathering and supplying information to internal stakeholders, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant with GMP standards.



* Assist during audits and site visits, providing necessary quality support.



* Collaborate with team members to undertake additional quality-related tasks as assigned.



* Perform monthly environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.



* Facilitate training sessions for new hires to instill quality awareness and practices.



* Coordinate floor schedules to optimize quality operations.



* Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement within quality systems.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* A minimum of 2 years of quality experience

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience using SAP/ERP system



* Measurement experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM or Visions Systems



* Experience working in a manufacturing environment



* Previous leadership experience
