Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries.

Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking Utility Operators to support operations.

Shift Options:

12 Hour Rotating Days, 5am - 5pm (D2 shift)

One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

The leading task of quality control involves enforcing the use of specified processes and materials, ensuring the qualification of operators and equipment, and making a series of planned measurements to determine if quality standards are being met.

What You Will Do


* Perform visual, in-process and final of parts per quality criteria



* Work in a fast-paced physical environment; operating, optimizing and troubleshooting a variety of machines



* Communicate and work effectively with team members



* Work with computers and SAP



* Operate palletizer and wrapper



* Load and unload product



* End of run cleaning of production presses, which requires safety control lock training

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead


* 6 months + of production operating experience
