This role is responsible for the support, development, and continuous improvement of Wausau Supplys Interform and M3 Document Output platform for labels and documents along with its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system, as well as the management and timely resolution of application support requests.

The Application Support Analyst will work closely with other IT resources, vendor partners, and developers to gather requirements and design and implement technology solutions that meet business objectives with a high degree of quality.

Duties to include, (but not limited to): Interform and M3 Document Output Support and Development Support, design, develop, and maintain labels, documents, and templates across Interform and M3 Document Output as needs and compliance evolve for document output for internal and external stakeholders.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, including data mapping, triggering, output formatting, and print/delivery failures of documents and labels within the Interform and M3 Document Output solutions.
