ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops a successful team through coaching, mentoring, and promoting teamwork.
Fosters a spirit of unity among location and employee work areas.Maintains time and attendance, and other performance records.Evaluates, reports teams performance and addresses shortfalls to meet corporate, department, and location goals.Helps develop and implement strategy to achieve departmental objectives.Reviews DC performance in the areas of Safety, Shipping Accuracy, Efficiency, Past Due Orders, Fill Rate, and Inventory Accuracy - crucial to maintaining internal and external customer service standards.Recommends and implements staffing plan for the shifts by work area to meet monthly operational staffing requirements.Assures new employee training is completed and on boarding experi...
