Data Analyst

Responsibilities:


* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities


* Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business performance insights


* Design and develop dashboards and interactive reports that effectively communicate data findings to business users


* Implement and optimize ETL workflows and data pipelines to support end-to-end data integration and reporting


* Collaborate with technology, data governance, and business units to ensure data quality, consistency and reporting accuracy

Requirements & Capabilities:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.


* Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis or data analytics


* Creative, detail-minded, and able to work independently with strong ownership


* Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting


* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills


* Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake or data warehouse technologies


* Experience in luxury retail data environments, applying data governance principles to ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance


* Language proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarian
