What you’ll do…

+ • Serve as primary or secondary support for client conversions under the direction of the Conversion Supervisor
+ • Coordinate all aspects of transferring financial institutions from their current service provider to COCC systems
+  • Act as a liaison between clients and COCC throughout the conversion process
+ • Analyze existing client systems and product usage for conversion to the COCC INSIGHT system
+  • Interview clients to understand current functionality and operational needs
+ • Coordinate implementation of outside vendor interfaces and forms packages
+ • Test conversion related data, transactions, products, and reports
+ • Establish database information including system options, branch operations, and product setup
+ • Complete batch setup requirements using standardized conversion templates
+ • Support the data specification process by coordinating requirements and documenting client decisions
+ • Translate technical concepts and requirements into user friendly language during client training
+ • Update and document processes related to third party vendor interfaces
+ • Complete audit documentation, meeting minutes, and GAP tracking reports
+ • Encourage and educate clients on submitting enhancement requests
+ • Travel to client locations approximately 40 percent of the time
