Position Overview

As a Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in transporting materials-including dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and equipment-to various job sites, as well as managing materials in our yard.

You'll operate a variety of trucks (belly dumps, dump trucks, semi-tractor trailers, and more) and be trusted to work independently, with plenty of opportunities to showcase your expertise and initiative.

Your Key Responsibilities


* Safely operate trucks delivering materials to job sites, yards, and public roads.


* Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring every vehicle is road-ready and compliant with DOT standards.


* Manage loading and unloading tasks, operate a range of trailers, and keep accurate delivery and mileage logs.


* Maintain truck cleanliness and product quality, handle minor vehicle servicing, and report major issues promptly.


* Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and all applicable regulations.


* Uphold a professional and courteous attitude with clients and colleagues.


* Contribute to a team environment and offer support where needed.

What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or GED required; two years of tractor/trailer experience preferred but not mandatory.


* Valid CDL A license (current and compliant with all state requirements).


* Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

* Minimum age: 18 years.


* Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.


* Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, and in varying weather conditions as required.


* Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.


* Willingness to train and mentor new drivers.


* Ability to wear PPE as required and comply with OSHA/MSHA standards.
