Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time (AM Shift)

Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team.

Available Shift


* AM Shift: Full-Time (Morning hours)

Core Responsibilities


* Direct Care: Administer medications, treatments, and wound care.


* Monitoring: Observe resident conditions and report vital changes.


* Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records.


* Supervision: Guide and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).


* Communication: Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and families.

Qualifications


* License: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.


* Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification.


* Experience: Post-acute, rehab, or long-term care experience preferred.


* Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management.
