Your Job

Anchor Packaging, a Georgia Pacific company, is looking for individuals to join their dynamic team of Repackers at the Paragould Arkansas Distribution Center.

In this role, you'll be responsible for performing the repacking /6S duties and requirements in a safe, organized, and efficient manner while delighting customers with quality products.

Pay: 16.50 to 17.90

Shifts Available:



* Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm

What You Will Do


* Maintain the buildings and grounds to ensure requirements are met for all audits


* Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to eight/ten hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment


* Ensure product packaging requirements according to work instructions, specification sheet, and/or quality docket before packing the product


* Ensure quality checks of the product before being packaged


* Repack the product to meet customer specifications


* Tape, label, and stack boxes on pallets for material handler pickup.


* Hand unloading of all containers


* Communicate with leads

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* High School Diploma, GED, or a minimum of six (6) months of manufacturing experience


* Experience working with a computer, tablet, or smartphone

What Will Put You Ahead


* One (1) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, automotive, agricultural, or military environment


* Quality or auditing experience
