Project Coordinator, Portfolio Management

Your Job

As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers by coordinating execution activities that keep projects moving-plans, schedules, documentation, meetings, and follow-ups.

This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders and will primarily support Proof of Concept (POC) lab, Advanced Manufacturing, and other operations projects as needed.

What You Will Do


* Support Project Managers in building and maintaining action plans (resources, timelines, budgets).


* Coordinate project activities and serve as an interface between team members and managers.


* Maintain accurate, current, and accessible project documentation (schedules, budgets, and reports).


* Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and drive follow-up.


* Track milestones and deliverables to support on-time, quality project execution.


* Identify project risks and support mitigation on planning and escalate isses as appropriate.


* Provide day-to-day coordination support for Proof of Concept labs, Advanced Technology, and Operations Project Management execution needs.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.


* Industry or academic experienc with at least (1) of the following: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet or similar.


* Experience using Microsoft 365 (Power Point, Excel, and Word) for creating presentations and data tracking & analysis.


* Experience working with project schedules, documentation, tracking milestones, and status reporting (industry or academic projects).


* Ability to travel up to 10%.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean


* PMP or other project management certification

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $100,000 per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
