Distribution Coordinator

The Distribution Coordinator will manage communication between logistics, customer service, and customers to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and collaboration skills to assist in the work in our distribution center.

This role will support our Hudson distribution center.

What You Will Do


* Monitor and respond to customer service emails and distribution-related communications.


* Track and verify advance shipping notices (ASNs) for accuracy and timeliness.


* Ensure ASNs are processed and discrepancies are addressed within agreed timeframes.


* Communicate proactively with logistics teams to resolve issues and keep operations moving smoothly.


* Provide real-time updates to customer service teams and follow up on open items to support customer satisfaction.


* Maintain a high standard of responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications.


* Build strong, collaborative relationships with logistics and customer service teams.


* Proactively identify and resolve distribution issues before they impact customers.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Ability to work within Excel, Outlook, Microsoft and Teams


* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities accordingly


* Excellent communication skills
