Job Description:
Primary Purpose
Assemble and manufacture cabinets and cabinet components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
Training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble cabinets and cabinet parts according to production requirements.
* Meet or exceed daily production goals.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
* Participate in cross-training and learn multiple production processes.
* Work effectively as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in different production areas.
Qualifications
* Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations.
* Ability to use manufacturing tools such as:
+ Power drills
+ Pneumatic staple guns
+ Industrial hot glue guns
+ Pallet jacks
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime as needed.
* Manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
* Lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
* Stand and walk for extended periods, often 10 to 12 hours per shift.
* Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
