Mail Order/E-Commerce Fulfillment Team Member

Job Summary: Pepper Palace is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team.

This role is responsible for accurately pulling products from inventory, carefully packing them, and preparing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities: Order Pulling: Retrieve items from inventory based on order slipsPacking: Inspect items for quality and accuracy, then securely pack them using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transitShipping: Generate shipping labels, weigh packages, and prepare them for pickup by carriersInventory Management: Assist with stock counts, report low inventory levels, and help maintain an organized warehouse.Quality Control: Ensure all orders are accurate and meet company standards before shipment.Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with shipping softwareTeam player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Work Environment: Warehouse setting with moderate noise levelsMay involve repetitive tasks and physical activityFast-paced environment with daily shipping deadlinesMonday-Friday, 5:30am-2:00pm shift.

Overtime will be required seasonally.
