Food Runner/Busser - Martini Tree Bar

The Food Runner/Busser position is essential to restaurant operations and guarantees efficient service as well as a clean and welcoming dining environment for guests to enjoy.

This position will interact with both culinary and service staff and guests, so excellent communication skills and the desire to deliver exceptional customer service is a must.

Essential Job Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring each order reaches the correct guest while maintaining presentation and service standards.Communicate with guests to ensure a satisfactory experience and address any immediate needs or concerns, relaying feedback to service or culinary staff.Monitor guest needs during food delivery, responding to simple requests when appropriate and communicating additional needs or concerns to the assigned server or manager.Promptly clear tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service and after guest departure to maintain an inviting dining environment.Clean, sanitize, and reset tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring dining areas are guest ready at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas, including spot cleaning floor and addressing spills or hazards promptly.Dispose of food waste, recyclables, and trash in accordance with TSV waste management and recycling practices.Stock and replenish service stations with glassware, silverware, plates, condiments, and other supplies to support efficient restaurant operations.Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays.Other duties as assigned.
