Work you'll do
As a Software Development Engineer in Test II (SDET II) on the Human Services Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
* Review business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to define test scope, identify gaps, and assess downstream impacts.
* Create, maintain, and execute functional test cases, test scripts, and test data aligned to end-to-end business workflows across Salesforce, web applications, mobile applications, application programming interfaces, and integrated systems.
* Perform sprint, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing support to validate eligibility, enrollment, benefits, claims, case management, and other business processes.
* Log, track, triage, and retest defects, including documenting reproduction steps, expected results, and supporting evidence.
* Partner with business analysts, developers, product owners, and testing teams to support test planning, defect triage, release readiness, test traceability, test status reporting, and client demonstrations of tested functionality.
