Consultant, Training Specialist

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the GPS Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:



* Deliver recorded end-user training sessions for application releases based on user needs and operational requirements


* Develop demonstration videos to highlight new feature capabilities by release


* Translate functional and technical system changes into end-user training materials


* Design and develop practical learning assets for defined user groups


* Support training administration and logistics associated with training delivery


* Provide subject-matter support for application and analytics training under the contract

Qualifications

Required:



* Bachelor's degree


* 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering end-user training for enterprise applications, software implementations, or analytics tools


* 2+ years of experience creating recorded training sessions, demonstration videos, and written training materials for system releases or feature updates


* 2+ years of experience using content authoring tools to develop digital learning assets and training materials


* 2+ years of experience translating functional or technical system changes into training content for defined end-user audiences


* Active Secret security clearance


* Ability to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
