Lead Training Developer Salary range: $97,580 – $126,795
Overview
The Lead Training Developer is responsible for advancing the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of learning across the organization.
This role leads projects and efforts that support a cross-functional team of eLearning Developers, Instructional Designers, and Training Specialists, ensuring the creation of effective, engaging, and scalable learning solutions aligned with organizational goals and business outcomes.
The lead drives standards, improves processes, and fosters collaboration between SMEs, technical teams, and training teams to deliver high‑impact, data‑informed training.
