79907 JOB SUMMARY: The Chief of Staff is a senior strategic and operational partner to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for coordinating, advancing, and monitoring the work delegated to the CEO.

The position translates the CEOs priorities into coordinated organizational action; strengthens accountability across divisions; monitors financial, programmatic, operational, governance, and culture-related commitments; and ensures that executive decisions are implemented on time and with appropriate follow-through.

The Chief of Staff does not replace the CEOs authority or the direct accountability of division leaders.

The position serves as the CEOs principal integrator, advisor, project leader, and organizational follow-through partner.

The Chief of Staff works closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Executive and Division leaders, the Executive Assistant, Board and committee leadership, and external partners.

The position may directly supervise designated administrative, project, or operational staff and may coordinate interim operational coverage when leadership positions are vacant, as assigned by the CEO.

Serve as the CEOs principal strategic and operational partner, helping organize priorities, sequence decisions, and ensure execution across the agency.Coordinate the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of operational responsibilities that have been reassigned to the CEO Administer, coordinate, and monitor assigned programs, operations, departments, and enterprise-wide initiatives on behalf of the CEO.Develop and maintain executive operating rhythms, including leadership-team agendas, decision logs, action-item tracking, performance dashboards, and follow-up systems.Prepare timely, accurate, and complete reports for the CEO on agency performance, emerging risks, unresolved issues, and progress toward annual goals.Ensure programs and departments align with the agencys short-term plans, long-range goals, appr...
