As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical condition of our community and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include: What You'll Do: Completing Repairs and Service Requests: Efficiently and thoroughly address resident maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Preventative Maintenance: Proactively maintain equipment and systems according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
General Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and more.
Community Upkeep: Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community, including grounds, buildings, and common areas.
Record Keeping: Accurately document maintenance activities, inventory, and other relevant information.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, fair housing laws, and company policies.
What You'll Bring: Technical Expertise: Proven skills in various maintenance areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and quality workmanship.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
EPA certification Type I and II.
2+ years of HVAC experience.
CPO certification.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Suite and Entrata Property Management Software is ...
