Job Details: Job Type: Full-Time, HourlySchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Do: Team Powered: Work closely with your team to complete decant projects accurately and on time Support annual physical inventory counts to ensure product accuracy Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment Making it Easy: Break down inbound pallets or cases into smaller quantities per client specifications Repackage, label, and organize products for outbound shipment Maintain a clean, organized decant and warehouse work area It's Handled: Verify product counts and SKU accuracy during the decant process Identify and report damaged or incorrect product following company procedures Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Driven to Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve decant workflows and efficiency Suggest process improvements to reduce errors and increase productivity What's a Bonus (Not Required): Sit-down forklift experience Stand-up forklift experience Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays Your birthday is a PAID holiday!
