It is the responsibility of the Loader to be aware of all loading and shipping goals and anticipate problems that could impact those long-term goals, including quality control and establishing high standards of loading accuracy and organization.

To be an effective as the Loader, individual must be fluent with communication and it is imperative that positive relations with all internal levels of the organization remain uncompromised.

Duties to include, (but not limited to): Consistently demonstrates and incorporates principals of safety for self and others into daily activities.Develops and maintains a clean, safe working environment and ensures participation in safety programs and required trainings.Safeguards Company property while maintaining acceptable level of productivity.Accurately sort and organize daily loading and shipping paperwork to aide in picking and loading efficiency.Work as a team to load trucks for the next days delivery via specific routes and loading methods.Sorts and moves product onto racking, van trailers, and curtainside trail...
