Clinical Pharmacist – Overnights
Work Schedule:
100% FTE; Night Shift.
9:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Seven days on, seven days off rotation.
Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department.

Join our team of respected experts in medication therapy management.
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist - Overnights to:
* Deliver comprehensive medication therapy management as part of an interdisciplinary inpatient care team to ensure drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost effective.
* Actively participate in bedside medical emergencies, providing expertise in medication selection, preparation, procurement, documentation, and medication history review.
* Engage in interdisciplinary medical care, including medication reconciliation, therapy monitoring, order verification, patient and caregiver education, drug information support, and individualized drug dosing.
* Contribute to the advancement of pharmacy practice through the development and implementation of clinical practice guidelines, order sets, and standardized practice protocols, as well as participation in scholarly and quality improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have inpatient pediatric experience and board certification or pediatric residency training.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Required
* Completion of an ASHP Accredited Residency training program Preferred
Work Experience
* 1 year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Required
* 3 years of institutional experience (hospital or integrated health system) or completion of an ASHP accredited residency training program Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin within 90 Days Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days Required
* Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days Required
