As Services Incubation Hub Manager, you own a portfolio of 4 to 7 incubations end to end within your segment, constantly juggling which bets to advance and which to drop, moving fast between customer conversations, prototypes and business cases.

You stay close to the tools, data and architecture behind every bet, but you never lose sight of the customer or the business case.

You think in terms of business, not just technology.

You don't stop at challenges.

Portfolio Ownership


* Own a portfolio of 4 to 7 incubations end to end within your segment, from early idea through customer validation to league handshake


* Continuously prioritize the portfolio, deciding in real time which bets to advance, pause or drop
