Senior Manager – Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
Purpose of the Role:
Manage end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for one or more manufacturing plants/campuses, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations while delivering high service standards and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day IFM operations including Housekeeping, Canteen/Food Services, Transport, Utilities, Security, Horticulture/Garden Maintenance, Pest Control, Waste & Scrap Management, Office Administration, and Soft & Hard FM services.
Ensure statutory compliance related to EHS, Fire & Life Safety, Labor Laws, Factory Act, Electrical Safety, and other applicable regulations.
Oversee utility operations including Electrical, HVAC, DG, Water Systems, STP/WTP, Compressed Air, Fire Protection Systems, ensuring high uptime and operational reliability.
Lead vendor management, contract governance, SLA/KPI monitoring, audits, and continuous service improvements.
Drive cost optimization, energy conservation, material management, inventory control, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Manage budgets, operating expenses, and support capital projects related to facilities and infrastructure.
Lead and develop in-house teams and outsourced service partners, ensuring high performance, discipline, and safety culture.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, resolve escalations promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support sustainability initiatives, workplace enhancements, and digitalization of facility operations.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational reviews for leadership.
What's in it for me?
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics ).
MBA/PGDM is desirable.
10-15 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or large corporate environments.
* Experience managing single or multiple plant/campus operations with exposure to hard and soft services.
* Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, utilities, vendor management, budgeting, and facility governance.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and drive operational excellence.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
