This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of service delivery and supply chain strategy, where your insights drive real impact.



* Incharge of the right load balance and the synchronization of heterogeneous product families and different load centres (Eng dept, manufacturing ...) with finite capacity.



* Main activities



* Create, manage, change and be responsible for the production plan for one of the lines in the factory



* Adhere to milestones in product lifecycle and take ownership of the Healthy production start process



* Effectively manage customer expectations and production capabilities



* Regularly monitor line performance and communicate any issues in an effective manner to management



* Coordinate line issues linked to production control (shortages, priorities, escalations, improvements)



* Work with other areas of the business to achieve best on time delivery and highest service level for our customers



* Constantly use MRP to link upstream and downstream flows



* Drive the change and suggest improvements/changes to the current processes

* Sales Inventory and Operations Planning - developing level; coordinating cross-functional planning processes


* Inventory Management - developing level; maintaining optimal stock levels to support service delivery

* Influencing Skills - developing level; driving alignment and action across stakeholders
