This front-line role supports multiple teams of the Guest Services Department including Admissions & Membership, Attractions & Experience and Park Operations based on training and operational needs.

The role may be primarily assigned to one area but will be cross-trained and scheduled flexibly depending on skills and availability.

Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive guest experience, helping the zoo meet its mission of Connecting, Caring, and Advocating for Wildlife, People, and Wild Places.

Operate point of sale systems to accurately sell zoo admissions, memberships, attractions and experiences while promoting zoo events and additional revenue opportunities.

Support team functions by following operation procedures for Admissions & Membership, Attractions & Experience and Park Operations.

The role may be primarily assigned to one area but will be cross-trained and scheduled flexibly depending on skills, availability and seasons.Communicate clearly and properly with team using radios and other technology systems.
