We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-drivenAdministratorto lead our Home Health and Hospice programs.

This leadership position is responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, and daily operations of both service lines.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while developing high-performing clinical teams.

Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for Home Health and Hospice services.Ensure compliance with all CMS, state, ACHC, and payer regulations.Lead quality improvement (QAPI) initiatives and monitor agency performance metrics.Oversee budgeting, financial performance, census growth, and strategic planning.Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain clinical and administrative staff.Collaborate with Directors of Nursing, Clinical Managers, Medical Directors, and interdisciplinary teams.Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners.Monitor patient satisfaction, quality measures, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance.Ensure appropriate staffing and efficient workflow to meet patient needs.Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred.Bachelors degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.Minimum of three years of leadership experience in Home Health, Hospice, or post-acute care.Thorough knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, state regulations, reimbursement, and accreditation standards.Strong financial management, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams through growth and change while maintaining high-quality patient outcomes.
