As a Teller Specialist at Rockland Trust, you are at the head of day-to-day teller operations, overseeing teller functions and teller participation in achieving branch sales goals.

Each day, you contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experience as you lead, coach, and model quality service in every interaction.
