Scattered Site Program Manager

Department: Housing ServicesPosition:Scattered Site Program ManagerReports to: Housing Services Director The Organization:Homeward Bound is the leading nonprofit organization in Buncombe County focused on preventing and ending homelessness using the Prioritizing Home model.

We work collaboratively with community partners and have a proven track record of helping individuals and families achieve housing stability.

Since 2006, Homeward Bound has moved more than 2,760+ people off the streets, out of cars, camps, and shelters and into permanent housing.

Position:Homeward Bound's Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program uses the Prioritizing Home model to provide permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless people in Buncombe County through its multiple funding streams and housing options.

The Scattered Site Program Manager will be responsible for direct supervision of all staff on the team.

The Program Manager will be responsible for all daily tasks related to supporting these staff members, with a focus on case management/client services and administration, in addition to case managing a small number of clients.

Schedule and compensation: This is a full time, salary, exempt position.

Salary is 60,000.
