East Bay Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional nursing team.

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while working alongside a caring team of healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding


* Take and document vital signs accurately


* Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques


* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies


* Promote a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Current CPR/BLS certification preferred


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional resident care
