GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:Perform all job related duties in a timely and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.

Organization of male guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, Aqua Garden, horizon Patio and Renewal RetreatIssue robes, slippers and lockers to all male guestsStock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.Provides prompt and courteous service to each guestMaintains open communication with management and co-workersInforms Management of guest concerns, safety concerns and maintenance issuesAssists co-workers at all times, continuously providing teamworkPerforms functions which require organization, speed, standing, bending, reaching, turning, lifting itemsPerforms all job specific dutiesMaintains and clean and neat work areaAnswer guest questions about The Lodge at Woodloch in general.Watch for potential safety hazards and react to them.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to speak effectively.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple multi-step instructions.
