Front of House Supervisor - 192 at The Blake
The Font of House Supervisor supports daily operations at 192, ensuring exceptional hospitality, seamless service execution, and consistent adherence to Food & Beverage standards.
Working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, this position provides leadership and direction to servers, bartenders, hosts, and server assistants while maintaining a polished, guest-focused dining experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities: Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with departmental checklists and standard operating procedures.Supervise, support, and coach service staff by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, providing real-time feedback, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.Assist the General Manager with onboarding, training, and coaching staff while reinforcing established service standards.Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, timing, and overall service execution to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.Engage with guests throughout service, address concerns professionally, resolve service issues, and communicate guest feedback to appropriate management.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food menus, wine, beer, cocktails, spirits, and resort offerings to support staff development and enhance the guest experience.Monitor inventory levels, order daily operating supplies, and communicate product or equipment needs to management.Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, team performance, and operational consistency.Complete daily financial reports, shift notes, and other operational documentation accurately and on time.Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, NM alcohol service laws, safety, and company policies.Maintain strong knowledge of all aspects of each service position and be able and ready to provide support as business levels require.Assist with special events in the restaurant as needed.Understand and communicate products and services available at the resort.Perform additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested.
