Summary of Position: The Male Lead Spa Attendant will support all Male Spa Attendants by ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.

Oversee organization of guest grooming area, relaxation and locker areas, issuing robes, slippers and locker keys to all guests.

Stock and replenish all guest and professional supplies including the removal of used linen to appropriate storage areas.

Qualifications: 1.

Excellent personal appearance, good listening and communication skills and a friendly, congenial personality.

2.

Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

3.

The ability to work in a high-volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on the guest.

Responsibilities: 1.

Direct daily activities of the mens retreat area.

2.

Ensure that the male spa attendants provide appropriate and consistent levels of guest service and hospitality.

3.

Ensure that cleanliness standards and inventory levels of all supplies are maintained in mens retreat/aqua garden areas.

4.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, sandals, linen, as well as amenities for the guests.

5.

Provide personal attention to guests and awareness of individual guests movement through the spa.

6.

Stay current on all department information, become well-versed and trained in its application and train spa attendants accordingly.

7.

Maintain current knowledge of all spa programs and company information.

8.

Work cooperatively and professionally with all departments.

9.

Conduct tours of the facilities as necessary 10.

Will be able to work morning or evening, any day of the week, and also the holidays.

11.

Maintain awareness of the schedule of male spa attendants 12.

Ensure that all shifts are covered.

If a shift will not be covered by the assigned spa attendant, it will be the lead attendants responsibility to come in or do a double shift, and cover that shift (i.e.
