Yard Attendant 1 EXPR

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Yard Attendant/Team Member will be responsible for the check-in and processing of vehicles and general labor throughout the facility.

With the use of company provided tools, this person will document each vehicles condition, which includes a general inspection and assessment, complete inventory, general cleaning and supporting photographs.

In addition, by using a system of priorities, this person will be responsible for ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory.

Complete inspections and photograph vehicleDetermine operational capability of vehicleClean vehicles to improve their appearance ti include vacuum and wash vehiclesEnter vehicle information, images, and videos with handheld device Jumpstart vehicles with dead batteries and place on battery chargersMonitor, maintain and organize the receiving area Identify and perform vehicle improvements (i.e., shrink wrap, cleaning, etc.) Identify vehicles to be smogged or require review by the reconditioning team Facility maintenance, repair, and cleanup Maintain spill responseCompliance to company policies and proceduresCompliance to safety requirements and operating vehicles in a safe mannerComplete daily vehicle movements and auction stagingAssist customer and coworkers with jump starting carsDrive vehicles in and out of the facilityDrive vehicles to set OBD monitorsDocument vehicle locations and movementMaintain a neat and organized yard and warehouse free of debrisMaintain a safe working environment Clean, vacuum, and wash vehiclesDocument repairs, and/or reconditioning performed on vehicles Performs other duties as assigned
