ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following Assist with Painting and Projects as assigned by Department Managers and SupervisorsPrepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming as neededApply paint, stain and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipmentPerform routine maintenance painting and touch-ups to keep up with Woodloch's standardsRepair minor drywall damage, including holes, cracks, and seamsMaintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper handling and disposal of materialsInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain the high Woodloch Standards of Hospitality, Cleanliness and Quality.Daily Coordination of Activities with other maintenance groups and other Woodloch departments.Wall covering repairs and installation Establish and maintain inventory of materials and paint.
