GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION The Senior Sales & Event Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the resort's Group Sales and Events departments by cultivating client relationships, coordinating day and overnight groups, weddings and special events, contributing to business development initiatives, and driving exceptional guest experiences from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (additional duties may be assigned as business needs require): General Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing guests through phone, email, and in-person communication, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business.

Conduct professional site tours for prospective business.

Prepare and process all documents for business from initial proposals through final billing Coordinate and collaborate with multiple resort departments to ensure accurate communication, seamless event execution, and an exceptional guest experience.

Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, enhance the guest experience, and contribute to departmental sales and operational success.

Primary Responsibilities: Events Manage event inquiries from initial contact through the planning process by preparing proposals, contracts, timelines, and other event documentation Coordinate weddings, banquets, meetings, and special events from initial inquiry through final execution.

Coordinate with clients and resort departments to coordinate all event details, ensuring expectations are met and events are executed successfully.
