Position Summary: The Barista will be responsible for serving all guests in the market.

The right person should be a coffee connoisseur, have a good understanding of espresso equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive coffee bar.

This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on ones' style and previous barista experiences.

Detailed Description: Maintain a positive, high energy attitude with a professional appearance.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as on their own.

Responsible for food and drink service at the hotel market.

Must have a strong and positive guest service orientation.

Gain menu knowledge and be able to give recommendations to the guests.

Engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting.

Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction.

Must maintain a well-organized area, a sanitary environment and restocking station as needed.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time, continuously walk throughout the restaurant, and lift 10-20lbs.
