Branch Manager

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How Youll Do It As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates.

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.

Oversees one Peoplelink Staffing branchDirect branch sales objectives byutilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models/proposals, and develop customer service modelsDevelop and/or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teamsProvide ongoing training and development, coaching, one on one, and team-building for staffFollow up clients on regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clientsCommand of the budget process and execution of the branch budgetPerform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustmentsEnforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Workers Comp., Unemployment)Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessaryAll other duties as assigned What Youll Bring This is an experienced hire role, and youll need to bring 2 years of management or sales experience in a staffing environment Associate degree or equivalent experienceAt least two years of management or sales experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experienceStrong affinity for business development, including service and marketing callsTroubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidatesExperience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staffStrong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this roleMust have reliable transportation, valid Drivers License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties The Benefits: We take care of our team and provide great benefits: Responsible Time Off (Unlimited PTO program)Competitive Health BenefitsCareer Journey planning and employee recognitionCulture is important to us and there are numerous options to get involved and collaborate, including giving back to our local communities, staying fit, joining our cultural networks, and having fun and celebrating together!
