CNC Operator

We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team.

This position plays a key role in producing precision-machined components while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



* Operate one or two NC/CNC machines.


* Change machine tooling as required.


* Inspect parts to specified tolerances and engineering drawing requirements using approved inspection methods.


* Ensure finished parts meet quality standards and visual requirements.


* Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance.


* Enter labor and production reporting accurately each day.


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.


* Perform minor assembly functions as needed.


* Meet established production and efficiency standards.


* Report equipment malfunctions, tooling issues, and material concerns promptly.


* Properly identify and document defects or non-conforming parts.


* Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.

 

Qualifications

Required



* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.


* Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality requirements.


* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements



* Ability to stand and walk for approximately 10 hours per shift.


* Ability to lift up to 85 pounds, approximately 5–10 times per hour.


* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.


* Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures while wearing all required PPE.
