Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant monitors, analyzes, tracks and processes job costs, expenses, purchases and project bookings for an assigned location, department or division.

Completes work assignments in accordance with company policy.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

* Support key operation administrative processes at branch level, including processing of purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer invoicing


* Enter project bookings, change orders and cost revisions into financial system


* Create and maintain financial spreadsheets, documents, records and files


* Coordinate subcontractor and vendor setup process


* Update branch financial metrics in a timely manner


* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external finance resources, including suppliers and customers


* Other duties may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills

and/or abilities required.

An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.

EDUCATION:

Associates degree in related field or related work experience required

EXPERIENCE:

Two years relevant work experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES:


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to influence and persuade internal and external Customers, listen effectively, and solicit input from others.


* Intermediate (to advanced) ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


* Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement.


* Proven ability and to work effectively in a team-based environment.

based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
