Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing software development team supporting enterprise eCommerce platforms.

This role is responsible for driving technical strategy, mentoring engineers, improving development processes, and delivering scalable, customer-focused applications.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative technical leader with experience managing Agile software teams and modern enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 software engineers Drive engineering strategy and align technical initiatives with business objectives Partner with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions Promote Agile best practices through sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement Collaborate with Operations, SRE, and Platform teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability Coach engineers on technical design, architecture, and professional development Ensure projects meet quality, security, performance, and delivery expectations Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring efforts for engineering talent Partner with senior technical leaders on architecture, infrastructure, scalability, and technology decisions Foster a collaborative, innovative engineering culture focused on continuous improvement Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development, or Operations 4+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Experience with enterprise software engineering best practices including code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, and deployment Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security best practices Experience with modern web technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, .NET/C#, Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, microservices, message queues, and relational databases Experience designing and delivering enterprise applications supporting eCommerce, ERP, CRM, Order Management, or similar business platforms Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance business priorities with technical architecture decisions Preferred Qualifi...
